Prenzel in The Mountains

Out between the Big Fruit sculpture and the Deadman's Point Bridge on (SH 8B)   is Prenzel in the Mountains Cromwell shop.

Manager , Vicki Hamlin has a wonderful selection of Preserves, Flavoured sea salts, Gift baskets, Oils , Schapps and Liqueurs. The Shott range of non alchoholic fruit syrups is just amazing . We are fans of the Cranberry and Lime as well as the  Lemon ,Ginger and Honey flavour which I believe was one of the originals in the range. These syrups in a tall glass with lots of ice and plenty of soda water are the perfect summer thirst quenchers.

The international award winning Blenheim Bay Gin and Vodkas are well worth trying  and we can recommend a splash of the Lemon Zest Limoncello to liven up all sorts of drinks but beware of its 32 percent alcohol content when adding to a gin !
